Should be fun to watch SGA. Hopefully one day he suits up for the Raptors. If not will be fun to see him put on a Canada jersey when the WC or the Olympics are on.

SGA in a Toronto jersey would be incredible.

I feel like he could elevate interest in Canadian basketball to another level like VC, then Kawhi, did. A Canadian MVP candidate playing for the Raptors? It would be amazing.

3 more years left on his contract after this season, too. Hopefully by the time he enters FA and can sign with us, we are just about done rebuilding.

I want to see the offense focused around scottie and iq a bit more. I get we are trying to establish a type of offense but we are doing it with a bunch of guys who wont be here next season. Let scott and quick cook for a bit.

This isn't how the league works anymore, players don't pass up 5 year supermax contracts to sign a normal 4 year max with a team that has cap space (usually a bad team because that's why they have cap space). It was a joke that we burned an entire year with Aaron Baynes as our starting centre just so keep the cap space open for Giannis, our front office should have known there was zero chance of him signing here.
