Found in the article above, there is a rumour the Raptors are rebranding themselves for their 30th anniversary. This goes along with a massive Scotiabank Arena Reno. Makes sense that now they are making this Scottie’s era that they go with a rebrand with RJ and IQ next to Scottie (plus whomever else we acquire in the following months.

Rebrand once the team hits the upswing. This team is ****, cant start off a new era this way.

I hope so. We have the ugliest jerseys in the NBA, by far. They look like if an open contest among middle school children was held in 2004 and this was the design that won. It literally looks like something a child using Photoshop for the first time 20 years ago would design.

The Raptors have a very boring, risk-averse, and conservative design, which somehow seems fitting in Canada. We need some spice.

Rebranding when you're a joke isn't a good idea. Let the team start building some momentum like the "we the north" era because no one cares about a bottom 10 team.
