Pascal as a #2 = back to ECF

Why was our FO so blind to this?
We all knew he had no business being a #1 but is probably the best complimentary player in the NBA
Not trying to cry over spilt milk but here we are sitting with no lottery pick over this

Wrap it up boys, all the FO needs to do is get a true #1 option, it's as simple as that. I'm sure the FO never thought to do that.

I've have been extremely critical of our FO, but even I won't be so simple as to suggest they suck cause they weren't able to the thing that 75% of the NBA hasn't been able to do.

Honestly man, we’d be in a better position right now.. I knew pascal wasn’t #1 since the bubble playoffs

Not sure but had 15pts in the first half and had 2pts in the second half until 3mins left in the game .. I’ve seen that movie before

we were in on kd and lillard. didn't happen. but they did try to get a #1.

Pacers aren't actually Conference Finals material IMO. Just got lucky to run into very battered Knicks team. Just another easy fodder for Celtics to run through unfortunately.

In hindsight that Lillard trade would have been embarrassing if we pulled it off. We’d have been an average team with an unhappy Lillard on the roster.

Pacers aren't real contenders....they're the odd man out amongst the Celtics, Mavs, Nuggets, Wolves.
We know what it takes to win a championship, and the Pacers aren't it.

Not true. OG Siakam and Poeltl would’ve covered with the defensive issues.lillard would’ve been the number one option on offense opening up siakam game.

They go 5 games max if Knicks are healthy... THEY GET SWEPT if Milwaukee has Giannis. Indiana is on a Cinderella run.
Celtics are licking their chops knowing they got the Pacers.

Yep - they’re probably similar to our ECF run team in 2016. That being said, they’re a prime team to make an all in move for a true #1 and go with a star/Hali/Siakam team. They would be a prime team IMO to go after a KD or something similar if they came available

I wonder if they could make that work cap wise. I’d be looking to ship off Mathurin, Jarace and Nembhard along with picks for something. That could get them back something I think. Haliburton isn’t a strong 1st option but if they got one then they are a serious threat.
