Hey team, naive question here but my family and I will be coming through TO and really want to grab tickets for later November - I can't seem to find a legit site to buy them through. Are they not out and will they be on TicketMaster? Is Stub Hub legit?

Singles aren't out yet. They are usually released at the end of Sept.

I think you can only buy 10 game packs right now.

There are a few guys here who sell from their season tickets though.

Yes they willl be sold on Ticketmaster. Presale starts OCT 1st.
Stubhub is legit, but you will also pay some extra fees/costs on top of the ticket price (it's displayed on the site before paying).
We have a ticket and memorabilia thread on this site, people will post their season tickets and you can make requests or buy them outright. When asking, it will be helpful to post what seating area you want, and your budget, along with the specific game or specific day of the week.
