Apparently all of them including Bosh who probably won’t even show up for it lol.
But seriously just Lowry and Derozan. But probably also Siakam.

This. I am on the fence about Bosh. He was better than Derozan in terms of impact, but Demar Repped Toronto. Him wanting to stay in Toronto was good image of the Team. He was also a big part of the most successful era of Raptors Basketball.

I don't see the big deal about jersey retirements, y'all are acting like we got a bunch of NBA statues outside the ACC

He’s also the franchise leading scorer. That plus the winning deserves a jersey retirement.

No to Bosh... He's done nothing but bash the city, country and organization since leaving, you don't honour someone like that.

All them. MoPete, JYD, AD, Jose, Garbo, Jonas, Amir. Lets put all the 15s in the rafters!

Lowry for sure. Then DeRozan.
Kawhi gave us a championship, we let that uncle do what he wanted and gave his friend dingleberry a coaching career he didn't deserve. And the city deservedly kissed his ass too much. Retirement jersey would be too extra at this point.
Siakam, VanVleet, and Bosh fall more into the Raptor legends but not retired jersey type. Even though Bosh was so effing good, I don't think there was enough success to warrant a retirement. Maybe a section named after him or something.
Darrick Murray on the other hand who should stay in Raptor GOAT convos deserves a statue, retired jersey, keys to the city, and a street named after him. One for keeping the 3 point streak alive for the Raptors and this goat moment in Raptor history:

Question: If the Raps don't retire Kawhi's jersey, would the Spurs or Clips retire it?
Is it possible Kawhi could not have his jersey retired by any franchise?

If DeRozan has his number retired it would be a bigger joke than anyone thinks the Vince number retirement is.
This is a guy, who is on record saying he was NOT happy to see this franchise win their first and only championship to date. No one's number should be up in the rafters for a franchise if they were NOT happy to see said franchise win it all. Even Vince was happy to see this team finally win it all.
DeRozan having the same number of votes as Kawhi and even Siakam in this thread is ridiculous.

Lowry, DeMar and Kawhi to join VC.
The current Raps Mt. Rushmore.

DeRozan was the actual asset that got sacrificed for the championship. He feels (delusionally) that they would have still won without the trade
He was sad to see all the fruits of his hard work building this championship level squad go to Kawhi.
I get it. That's ok to feel that way IMO. He's almost certainly wrong, and proved over and over again that he's not a playoff performer.
Dude repped Toronto the hardest of any raptor, was a multi time all-nba'er and had sustained long term success ( many high 40 -50 win seasons).

Lowry and DeRozan are the only two I'd consider in the near future.
Siakam and Fred would be the next due to their role in winning the chip.

Lowry and Kawhi are my bets. I doubt Kawhi happens, but I want it to.
Siakam Derozan Bosh feel like if you do one you do em all (in the order I posted)
FVV has no chance.

I voted Lowry.
I could be convinced for DeRozan and Siakam.
There's no objective criteria, but one way to think about it is if a guy is a HOFer and you associate him with a certain team for his career, it's reasonable for that team to retire his number. This helps me get behind the VC retirement as well, because despite everything else, I think people around the league still think "Raptors" when they think of Vince Carter. I think that will be true of DeRozan and Siakam who are likely both HOFers. It's possible I've set the bar too low for the HOF, but I generally assume any player who was at an All-NBA level at any point is likely to get in.
Bosh (Heat) and Kawhi (Spurs?) don't really have that association. Kawhi's might be stronger, oddly enough.
FVV is probably not a HOFer, but if he were, I'd entertain the idea.
