Still feels surreal that a kid from my city is favored to win the 2024-2025 MVP of the league by GMs! Get'em Shai.

Honestly am down for pretty much all these changes.

#1 - seems difficult to do regarding market index. Would be intrigued to see how they would.
#2 - 82 games is fine. B2B's eliminated is fine. If the season starts earlier in the year that sounds good to me
#3 - I love the 1 FT rule.
#5 - Regarding the draft - sure why not
3rd round to draft - YEP! So many UDFA's now that another round could be fun
Draft lottery - I personally think it needs to be further flattened.
ASG Roster - sure, who cares.
ELAM Ending - LOVE IT!
Lobs shooting fouls - seems hard to police and determine if it was a true lob
2-way PO eligibility - crazy they are not eligible already
Remove divisions - sure

To bad we could not have kept Vezenkov around. He would have been perfect as the 5th starter IMO to see how SCottie looks with snipers

Amen Thompson got a vote for being the most versatile player in the league, while being a wing that shoots 13% from 3. He's one of the least versatile offensive players for his position, so it kind of negates his defensive versatility.

You're picking on the one thing the poor guy can't do

He has a lot of positional versatility on both ends, was playing essentially the C for a while last year. I'm a big fan of Amen.

I feel like this one should have been included as well. Pretty relevant considering we are a rebuilding team, not exactly a great vote of confidence.

Which team has the most promising young core?

1. Oklahoma City Thunder – 60%
2. Orlando Magic – 20%
3. Houston Rockets – 10%
4. San Antonio Spurs – 7%
5. Detroit Pistons – 3%
» Last year: Oklahoma City Thunder – 73%

We are absolutely irrelevant right now. The good news is these things are filled out by lackeys, and the survey itself looks like a write-in ballot only.

I'm not against being irrelevant.
It means that teams aren't prepared for us, or watching us nightly. We the underdogs!

Admittedly, we're a middle of the pack team. I'm still quite happy with the direction. I thought that we weren't going anywhere fast with Spicy, Fred & OG either, so at least we're younger and less capped financially.

I'd love to see where we were ranked in 2019, for perspective.

Middle of the pack team would be an improvement. We likely barely break 30 wins, that's not middle of the pack, that's bad but not awful.

As for 2019, fairly well represented. https://www.nba.com/news/nba-gm-survey-2018-19
