It will be interesting to see, how we will play against a top team. After Barnes has shaken of the Rust against the Wizards, its time for him to lead the team. I want to see how he elevates the game of his teammates. PnR with yak, setting up Dick for 3, drawing double teams, making the game for others easier, his overall decision making, beeing vocal on the court, etc.

On top of that executing plays for himself, where he succeeds in scoring.


There are no more excuses for him. Its time to show that he can be a #1, otherwise this rebuilding will take more than just 2 or 3 years.

I am talking about the mental aspect of his game. I dont care if he misses a 3 as long it was the right shot. I dont care if his pass is bad, as long as it was the right passt. To make the right plays and lead the team, you dont have to be in training camp, its about knowing the game.

The Celtics are on the second night of a back to back and play another game Tuesday. It would not be surprising if they rest their starters tonight.

Sometimes i have the feeling i am communicating with people that cant read properly.

I make it short:

He has to show he can lead a team. Thats a mental thing. And Pre-Season or not, he needs to do it. I am not talking about winning or scoring 30. Just plain decision making. And if it takes more than 2 years, than trade Barnes & Co. cause they cant do it.
