Extra games added - Miami (away) and Chicago (home)

The Toronto Raptors may not be going to the quarterfinals of the NBA Cup, but at least they’ll be able to get a little sunshine instead. The NBA announced two additional games for each of the 22 teams not to advance to the quarterfinals on Tuesday night. The Raptors will head to Miami to face the Heat on Dec. 12 before coming home to meet the Chicago Bulls on Dec. 16. If you’re a Raptors fan hoping the team makes a push for a play-in spot, this is potentially good news. The Heat (9-10) are seventh in the Eastern Conference,...
Bulls were only coming here once this season so I expected this to be the home game add.

If this means less of those ugly courts, then I'm good.

I thought the Golden State tournament court looked like playing on a plate of Mac and Cheese. Hard on the eyes.

They all are. I would like to listen to logic on why they chose these courts. Maybe there's a perfectly good reason but I can't imagine one.

They want the courts to be different to show it is a "CUP" game.
Personally, I think there is a much easier way to do it then BRIGHT ASS COLORS, but I understand the idea. The execution is just horrible though

Personally I love the courts. I can’t figure out why bright colours get people so triggered.

You get rewarded for losing in the NBA cup by having weaker opponents the week after. You get punished for winning by getting matched up with some of the hottest teams in the league, and worst case scenario flying to Nevada for an 83rd game.

The weirdest court was I believe Brooklyn or San Antonio... whoever decided all grey courts works well for TV...it doesn't.

You also are 3-1 or 4-0 in the tournament instead of 1-3 or 2-2.

In aggregate, it's fine. Bad teams play bad teams and good teams play good teams (generally), mostly cancels each other out in the standings.
But given more teams lose than win, it kind of sucks if you're trying to play for a high pick. Washington gets Boston and Cleveland, Brooklyn gets Memphis and Cleveland, and we get the kings of regular season disappointment in the Bulls and Heat. Awful outcome if you're pro-tank.

Cleveland didn't make it?!?!?
#1 team in the NBA and since 2 of their losses came on a Tuesday and Friday they miss
Honestly the 8 teams to move on should be the 6 divisional winners + the top 2 teams in the standing overall. So instead of DAL and ORL we should be seeing BOS and CLE.

Yeah, it's bull. I'm not a tank at all costs guy, but seeing us get these soft matchups made me a little pissed off:

I agree about the grey courts. There isn’t a more depressing colour in the world than grey.

Serious teams don't take the IST seriously.

No I am most certainly not a "Raptor fan hoping to make a Play In push"
This is some bs, Silver clearly doesn't want us to get Flagg or any franchise talent.

I think they just look amateur and crappy. But some of them are genuinely just harsh on the eyes.

It's Washington getting both. They're a lock for worst record anyways.
