Drove from Toronto to Puerto Panesco and the best tacos so far were in Colombus Ohio.

Today I sniffed out a highly rated Taco spot.

On Tuesday it's pasta+hemp+broccoli+zuchini+peppers (I'm old)

I get about 15 grams from the hemp. We switched to that from veggie sausage and so far I love it. So easy to have on hand. I still squat and deadlift and I emphasize protein in my earlier meals.
