There's just no way you can defend tanking after tonight unless you're completely delusional. A team fighting for the play-in goes number 1 and the team we out tanked in the end goes 2nd. While the actual tanking teams Utah, Washington, and New Orleans get destroyed.

Gutting your team, injuries, losing and misery for prospects that draft guys are saying aren't that different from late lottery.

We have to brace to a lot of coping from the TwO guys. They will invent 3000 reasons to spin it. In the end 2 teams that have been trying to win go #1 and #2. On top of that the top 4 tankers all dropped by 3 spots!!!!

Can't remember the last time I lurked on this forum, but I just came here to say I have never seen a more rigged draft in my life, and tanking now officially means nothing.

The league was already somewhat dead to me after Lowry left the Raptors. I still paid attention to playoffs and finals. I still will probably.

But this was the nail in the coffin. The NBA is the basketball version of WWE. No more no less. And the Raptors will always be a mid carder AT BEST that will NEVER participate in NBA's Wrestlemania let alone main event it.

I'm disgusted tbh.

I was all for tanking this past season but you can't treat tanking like some utopia where nothing can go wrong....nothing is guaranteed except suffering.

With the layout of this draft, you either want #1 or multiple picks throughout the 1st round

Not sure the order of 2-10 will matter that much in the long run
