It's just a city jersey. Looks like a lot of teams are just doing remixed versions of previous jerseys.
I do wish we'd do something that was specific to Toronto, though.

I like when they go 2-tone or monochrome for the Raptor but it should be red with a white jersey, not the other way around. He's looking pale.

i dont think this has anything to do with a rebrand as they are city jerseys. they can still do a rebrand.
