With the draft a little over 24 hours away, wanted to see where the board stands on how the draft will play out this year.

It’ll take years to determine who the best players end up being and who the surprise busts & successes will be, so here’s a few prediction questions that we can have answers to by the end of Thursday night:

1. I think one (or two) of CMB/Essengue/Raynaud leave New York as a Raptor

2. No. Raptors acquire another first by trading down from 9 or up from 39.

3. Think no one gets dealt, but Ochai is the likeliest if they make a deal

4. Fears for surprise faller, Demin and/or Raynaud for surprise Riser

5. Minnesota trades out of #17. Raptors draft a player out of Europe for the first time in Masai’s tenure.

Essengue, Murray-Boyles, Newell (and for pick #39 Ryan Nembhard).

Most probably yes.

3. Most likely Raptor to be traded:
I don't think a Raptor gets traded at the draft. But by July yes, I see RJ as most likely being moved.

Blazers trade #11 to OKC for #15 and #24.

2. Do the Raptors leave the draft with #9 & #39? 50-50; I think we trade down if Khaman is not available.

3. Most likely Raptor to be traded: RJ, but there may be others like Ochai or Dick to make salaries work.

4. Surprise Faller & Surprise Riser?: Demin may rise, Queen may fall.

5. Other Draft Prediction: Will be an exciting night with lots of other trades.

I have a feeling big men are going to be popular. Maluach ,queen, and maybe Murray boyles are off the board. The raps then take berringer or essengue.

Yang in the first round is super interesting, I wonder where he ends up going. If you're a team like Brooklyn with that many picks in the 1st, there's no reason not to take a shot at Yang with one of the later 1sts

5. Other Draft Prediction: Ace goes third overall as perceived BPA. Whichever team thought they were lucking into him will have to pay something.

Don't see Raptors trading 9 unless 2-3 of their guys get drafted.

also, Raptors take J Watkins at 39.

Its feels like 2005 all over again with all the proper 6' 11" + 230 + guys who are available;
If the Raynaud's, Wolf's, Sorber,'s and Kalkbrenner's of the world all go first round along with the usual C suspects we know will go early in the first round I thinking Fleming falls into the second round

I think he is the third guy weighing over 240lbs drafted tonight.
