Poll: Who makes the biggest jump (Most Improved)?

We have a lot of candidates for Most Improved on our team.
These guys are still fairly young and might take a step. Who do you think it'll be?
I'm voting for RJ. He's in a prove it year and he's hearing himself in trade rumours. I'm sure he wants a bag from the team he grew up rooting for. A close second would be IQ, I think he could be a better version of Fox.

Have a feeling about Walter

Good topic.
For me, Shead seems like the best choice in terms of ability/available minutes. I still see him topping out as a backup, but actually doing a reasonable job as a backup would be an improvement.
If someone breaks out of the pack at SG/SF, it could be them, but it’s hard to pick one.
RJ is an odd choice as there’s very little chance he improves on his numbers. He can certainly be a better player though. He’s got to improve defensively to be worth his minutes as a starter, but he might be able to just get buckets off the bench as a 6th man (which I would consider an improvement).

Can I vote for CMB? I think he’s going to make multiple small leaps throughout the season.

His numbers jumped after he was traded here. It'll be a similar role for him with Ingram coming here too. He can be an efficient opportunist scorer and continue building on a positive defensive year. He's going to be in a position where he needs to prove his worth too.

Shead might be the odd man out if they wanna give reps to Walter GD and Ochai, RJ and or Scottie could lead as a point fwd with bench lineups and Walter or GD being as the point of attack defender
I voted GD just because everyone is down on him but Scottie is gonna breakout
edit Walter and Ochai as POA defenders

Yeah it's going to be a real battle behind the scenes with RJ, Gradey, Agbaji and Walter. We might be able to grind out an all star from that group. The best chance of that is probably RJ. He's the highest draft pick of the group, most successful so far, and he's on an improvement trajectory the last two years. Ingram replaces Siakam, and RJ has been great with that group. The only risk here is us trading someone who could blow up on another team. The lowest chance of that is probably Agbaji.

Usually year 3 should be the "breakout year" for most guys so that means it should be Gradey. I hope its true but not sure.
IQ has a chance if he just remains healthy and improves around the edges in most categories.

Ja'Kobe will be the starting 2 guard by the trade deadline

I'm going to go with Shead. His defense will get him minutes and if he can make a jump with his catch and shoot 3s, it'll really complement Ingram, Barnes, and RJ.
There isn't enough minutes for one of Dick, Agbaji, and Walter to really make a huge jump. I hope it's one of them though, because it would mean they would outplay the other 2 and probably force an RJ trade or wing trade in general.
I'm shocked to see Dick in the lead. If the reasoning is "year 3", which I get, then fine. But I don't see how he gets anymore minutes with how bad his defense is. Id love to see him hit difficult 3s at a higher percentage, but even with that, I'm not sure where he fits on a competing team.
I'm a fan of Walter, but I think he needs another year of seasoning before he makes a jump.

I had this thought too at one point and thought it makes a lot of sense, but then I remembered Darko likes having 2 traditional PGs in the rotation at all times.

A lot of great options,
However I think Chomche has the longest way to go from where he is but also the most room to improve based on some limited flashes last season. If the 905s can assign him a center with some experience to work with him as was the case with Frank the Tank last season I think he goes from very raw to somewhat playable over the course of the season which is a huge swing.

Probably Walter but as mentioned nobody knows who’s getting minutes between him and Gradey. I feel Ochai is a lock to be in the rotation.

Man I hope it's Gradey, he has the potential to be really dynamic offensively. But I do really like Walter's 2 way ability.

I went IQ just because I think his "leap" is not going to take much as long as he is healthy and plays more minutes than in the past. If he make any sort of improvement his will be the most "noticeable" to us fans.
But a 2nd year JKW leap also seems like a strong possibility.
Barnes back into a proper role might see counting stat decline, but his impact improvement could be large.

Anyone else see a challenge finding minutes for Gradey, Walter and CMB not to mention Shead and Obaji.
Is there anyway one or two are not held back by our roster construction if they can’t find any takers for RJ?

I voted Shead. I think Gradey’s def abilities means he’ll either be the odd man out, or we’re not gonna be very good.

Scottie Barnes.
