A high school musical backpack is nothing compared to the Hornets' rookies:

Adam Haluska and Julian Wright have to bring their own Cabbage Patch doll to the game in a pink stroller.

Anyone remember when we had a 3 on 2 and Jose pulled it back out and Hubie's like "what are you doing Jose?"

Hubie Brown is a former NBA Coach, and currently works for ABC/TNT as a commentator...2-time Coach of the Year.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hubie_Brown

He's a teacher of the game. He knows the game. He presents and explains basketball in a fluid language that anyone would understand. Everytime i hear him do a game, i feel like i've just read a "Did You Know" comment about basketball on a agenda. If you want the oppositive...go see Bill Walton :rolf:

Hubbie putting his coaching hat on. But yea, I remember and know about it. It was actually pretty funny to me because what he said and the way he said it made it seem like he was coaching the Raptors. And then he he says, "You see, he is too unselfish."

Shulman and Hubie are a great team. Glad they were the ones announcing the game. ESPN is usually pretty bad with announcing, but they put two great ones for the Raptors game.

Dick Stockton and Hubie Brown is still my favorite announce team.

I don't like AP having to urge the team to play defence.

AP's playing like sh*t but at least you can tell he's always trying and a leader.

The more Garbo's out, the more I miss him. I feel bad for taking him for granted.

Or Leo Rautins.

What a shame the espn feed had to be on opposite one of Jack's few appearances. Jack is so much better than Leo, so succinct in making his points, compared to the banal and wordy Leo.

Still, it's Hubie, if he thinks Sam's a good coach that makes me feel better. He's still a young coach too.
