The first question Chris Bosh was asked afterwards was if there was anything they could have done differently to prevent it. Bosh didn

The Raptors never do that against a hot perimeter player. This is nothing new...remember Kobe going off for 81? Obviously the system calls for no doubles on perimeter guys.

He also should have told the Pistons last year.

allowing that trapping someone like LeBron outside the three-point line is a risky proposition in its own right.

Of course, if we did trap Lebron James and still lost the game due to him finding wide open shots for Gibson or Damon, I'm sure we wouldn't have had any threads in here asking as to why Sam would want to leave players in the NBA wide open.

And watching Calderon and Parker trying to trap Lebron alone would've been worth the price of admission to the game.
Obama did not shut down the practice of torture, but merely repositioned it, to the American norm. The torture regime of Ford through Clinton, year by year, produced more US-backed strapped-down agony than was produced during the Bush/Cheney years.

We never double perimeter players who could go off for 50 against us.

We only double post players who could go off for 20 against us.

Wasn't there at least 1 play where Lebron was nearly triple-teamed? It was discussed in the post game thread.

What i didn't understand was Lebron had only hit 2 consecutive 3s. The Cavs at that point were still down, so with Lebron being one of the weaker 3 pt shooters on that team, why not let him bomb away on single coverage that protects against the drive?

it was more like 1on1 four times than 1on4.

if we double teamed him. it could have stopped at 2on1

I think of when Parker went under the screen and jose didn't come out and Bron just drained a long distance 3. it makes me sad.

mea culpa: My wife got home from the grocery store, in the third, my son was napping, and the raps seemed to have the game in hand. My son hasn't been going to bed very well so it's been hard to get some 'business time'. So I took my appointment" then. By the time "business hours had closed" and I got back in front of the TV - we had a one point lead which we aptly lost. My wife says, I guess we won't be doing that again. She's right. Business hours are closed during raps games from here on out.

It's not called a double-team if we have two guys on him as he's driving into the paint - that's called help. There's a difference. One's proactive and one is reactive.

By my estimation, your business took about 10 minutes. Weak.
