perhaps this has been brought up before (i havent seen it though) but ill take my chances and mention it anyway.
my god does leo raotins ever use the term "big fella" alot.!!!!
i have yet to keep count but my bet is he says big fella more then ten times a game on average. i mean heck he even calls chuck big fella sometimes.
even though i cant stand leo (always lecturing us fans about the same **** over and over again) i do find the term big fella kinda funny, even though im sure leo doesn't mean it to be.
next game im going to watch and keep count of how many times he breaks it out .

Leo's like one of those strange uncles you have that have the same 2 stories to tell--the one where we went to Vegas and won a ton of money but lost it in the same night and when he wrestled off a bear.
Only Leo's stories are about an unsuccesful NBA career and FIBA play--that was not a great success either. Nevertheless with both Leos, they sound a lot better than they actually are. You start to notice it when they mention the same stories over and over.
Uncle Leo.

The Charlotte Bobcats drafted Jared Dudley with the 22nd pick in the 2007 draft.
That was the pick from the Lamond Murray trade. We originally traded it to Cleveland, but the Cavs traded that pick later on to Charlotte for Sasha Pavlovic.

Brilliant. The Raps forum needs more of this, less of you-know-what.

How about this, over the course of their respective seasons we measure how often Hulk Hogan calls someone "Brother" on American Gladiators (average per episode) against how often Leo calls someone "big fella" (average per game).
I think they would be pretty close, although leo has the obvious advantage of being on the air for 3 hours vs. Hogan's 1.....so perhaps per minute or per hour measurements would be a better indicator.
I really don't know who I would bet on.

why can't Leo say "the"
he pronounces it "da"
Take the ball strong to da rim, big fella.

I always laugh when Leo says that, especially when talking to the Swirsk.
Its even funnier when Chuck and Leo get stage fright in front of larger TV audiences like the CBC.
