Look around the league, big men simply take longer to develop. For every phenom like Shaq O'Neal or Dwight Howard, there are countless players like Jermaine O'Neal, Tyson Chandler, Eddy Curry, and Ben Wallace. All are big men that just took longer to pull it all together. Remember, Dirk Nowitzki was booed in Dallas for years before he ever won the league's Most Valuable Player award. Teams that have showed patience, like the Los Angeles Lakers with Andrew Bynum, have been rewarded. While teams that gave up early, have seen their big men prosper for other teams

 for all drama queens in here.
