Bosh in January (UPDATED- PAGE 6)

"I think this is the best I've ever played for a week or two-week period," said Bosh. "I started the season kind of slow but I've stayed with it. I just want to continue to mature and get better and hang in there. I feel good right now; very confident in my game. I really feel good when I have a one-on-one opportunity on someone. I feel good going to the basket and I have confidence in my teammates, so I feel good kicking it out."
Toronto comes in as the winner of four of their last five starts,a run fueled in large part by Bosh, who is averaging 29.2 points and 9.2 rebounds on 58.9 per cent shooting over that stretch
In light of the other thread that was locked. I believe this is a legitimate discussion that was ended by silliness by posters. Heres hoping this thread doesnt go that direction.
Bosh so far in Jan has posted these numbers.
PPG-
27.4
RPG-
9.6
APG-
2.1
SPG-
1.0
BPG-
1.3
FT%-
82.0
FG%-
58.2
I hope he finishes the year strong and posts similar numbers to these as well as leading our team to multiple victories.

Everyone's talking about this is the best Bosh has every played. But he's had plenty of stretches last year, and even the year before where he was dominant like this. For so much of last year, he was just completely dominant. To say this is the best Bosh has ever played is almost disrespectful to the way he's played the last couple years.

Bosh has been playing well ... but I'm sure he still is disappointed with his % at the Free Throw Line.

Is anyone else challenging him for player of the month in the East right now?

in my eyes he is playing better now then ever before simply because he is more mature/experienced as a player and as a person. he definatly looks more comfortable and seems to be not making as many mistakes on the court. i still wish he could get a better pair of hands but its almost irrelevant at this point. i hope he stays at this level and keeps developing. just subtle touches . experience is going to be his biggest component towards getting beter as a player.

Well the stats from the OP says 82% and he is getting 85% on the season... so thats what I mean. One thing i see from Bosh is that he expects to make every FT he takes basically.... i like that passion, just hope he continues to take it to the hole more often, like he has recently

somthing i didnt mention in my post. the maturity factor once again. he never seemed to do enough of this (especially earlier this year). since N.O. game he looks like he realized that this is a huge key for this team.

Lebron or maybe Garnett. I can't think of anyone else.

I like what he's doing on the court for the most part as he has been playing great ball, what I would like to see is some more growth in the leadership department...and, yes, grow a pair. We'll be a better team for it, and I think it'll make him a better player overall. I guess these things come with time (I have to keep telling myself that he's only 23 years old).
