This is all very speculative; I'd assume that we would sign or trade for a short-term replacement, but it's really not something that needs to be considered unless it happens. Heck, there's a good chance that Ford will return soon enough that an injury to Jose would simply be reshuffling the deck.

For that reason, I'm going to lock this for the time being...not sure what discussion it could produce. Gei, if you were thinking of a particular angle on the situation that wasn't apparent in the first post, PM me about reopening it.
