Same with you, Bryan Colangelo, as you contemplate whether Darrick Martin is an adequate insurance policy for the playoffs in case T.J. Ford cannot return.

"He has a huge heart, he's not a great shooter but he is a great clutch shooter, and he's one of the best rebounding guards I've ever seen," said Eric Chapman, the Boise-based director of the Chapman Report, a scouting and consulting service that tracks minor league basketball players.

I think LeBron is crazy enough as a name.

The Raps should've signed C.J. Watson. I have watched every game that he has played in for the Warriors, and he is very impressive. Much like Azubuike was for the Warriors, he has contributed ever since he got an 10-day contract. He is a scoring point guard but hey, is only 23, and doesn't turn the ball over. I really wanted the Raps to sign C.J. Watson. Maurice Baker is intriguing as well, and knowing that BC is looking for a 3rd point guard, he may sign with the Raptors. If he or anyone else does sign with the Raptors, I think it would be a pretty safe bet to assume that T.J. Ford will be coming back after the All-Star break, which is exactly 4 + weeks away.

Return to Toronto Raptors
