Post#1 » by mintsa » Thu Jan 24, 2008 6:58 pm

Just a reminder, discuss in here. To avoid the "TJ on with Chuck" , "TJ on now" etc threads.

its too bad that the odds of chuck asking some decent questions, is as likely as seeing the top half of sherman hamilton's eyeballs.

It'd be nice to get a firm date on his return.

TJ said he doesn't talk much to Bargnani (in terms of basketball). He talks more to Calderon in terms of basketball. He says Bargnani is still finding his niche.

LOL....TJ is in a restaurant getting something to EAT LOL!! He's ordering tilapia

Listening to this is brutal, TJ ain't even payin attention or nothing, he's too busy drooling over his fish.

Wade is basically Ben Gordon without the 3-point shooting. Sure, he's been a pretty good defender this year, so that would upgrade, but I'd rather have Gordon because he's cheaper and can hit those threes

TJ said when Lucas thinks he's ready to come back that's when he will be back or when he thinks he can come back. but he said he's doing really good, just trying to keep getting his body ready.

I have a suspicion that something else is at play here.

I dont get it either I mean if you can work out with Lucas why not work out with your team instead, last I checked we do have facilities and coaches here in Toronto.

I don't get it either. I mean if he was medically cleared to start training again and stuff, why won't he train with the team and the raps' trainers? I think something else is going on here. Maybe there's more to it than what the raps management is telling us. Maybe, TJ's injury is far more serious than what has been told to the media and the fans? An attempt to keep his trade value high and not let it slip by revealing the real extent of the injury?

I mean how much time could he possibly need to get back in shape for missing 20 odd games? There seems to be something fishy about all this.

Lucas is a legend in regard sto Rehab, whether it be physical, mental, or both.

Lucas helped TJ rehab previously when he got hurt playing for the bucks.

TJ and John Lucas Jr have grown up playing against each other and have a relationship.

It's rehab man, which is about healing, either mentally or physically. And a lot of this is mental. TJ needs to be comfortable as soon as possible. He is in the right place.
