Sam Mitchell is at again with his funny antics this time to a reporter who asked if the team would hold practice in the second day of the back-to-back against the Wizards. Sam grabbed his recorder and asked the reporter whether he would hold a practice after the team arrived in 2:00 AM in the morning.

When the reporter resonds that he would hold a 'light practice' Mitchell responds with: "If you think you're going to do that, you ain't old school, you dumb school."

Wow. Pretty funny, but pretty damn rude as well. I hope there's some light hearted joking going on before or afterwards, because Sam just pzowned that guy, maybe even a little TOO hard.

Smitch is often good for a laugh. I'm with the guy quoted in that SI article last week, though. I'd be afraid to ask him a question in case he would go off on me.

I don't think Sam was out of line. This person is a reporter but he obviously has not done his homework. NO team practices between back to back games. No team.

i think its safe to say Sam already had a decent rapport with the guy he snatched the recorder from, especially since the reporter played along and didnt really take much offense
