^ posted in the Bargnani thread. Doesn't bother me much, just because wages of wins has a formula, doesn't make me believe Andrea is the worst player in the league.

I have a formula that calculates the average efficientcy of NBA players and makes me king of the world?

I, too, would rather have Jeff Foster over Dwyane Wade.

For those unfamiliar with how this formula works:

Rebounding = good.
Stuff other than rebounding = not good.

Why do you guys immediately poop on any statistical analysis. So you think Bargnani's play is not reflected in the stats? Which statistical category would you like to hold up as proof that this is wrong? Anyone?

Immediately pooping on Dave "Twiggun" Berri's Wages Of Wins formula is an extremely easy and correct thing to do. Check the results and the formula yourself if you don't believe that.

If this thread was just about how Jose is ranked 12th in the league, we would all be talking about how this stat is great and show that Jose should be an allstar. But since we specified that Bargs is last on the team and bottom 10 in the league its a joke. Guess what he was our worst player this season without looking at any stat and one of the worst in the league.

The guy shot 20% for 2 months andgot 2reb a game for 4 fouls during that span, he was terrible. This is not to say that he will not be better, he gave us 14-6 the past 4 games which is what he did his 1st year so all hope is not lost that he will be back and he was just injured.

But if you look at the 1st half of the season, yes he was terrible, you don't need any stat for that, they just confirm it.
