Your post from the general board

Neither is Joe Johnson this season. And he's been every bit as good as Rip, if not better. Name recognition and playing on a superior team is what got him snubbed over those guys.
I'm not angry over Rip getting in (team record wins out in a close call), Billups was a certainty, anyone debating that is a fool. The Johnson selection was unwarranted, there really isn't one argument I believe can be made this season for him. He's made a name for himself around the league and is more known over guys like Calderon and Turkoglu.
At least Bosh got the most votes in the East...Nash with the most in the West...
Can I please have the link to the coaching votes for the all-star reserves? Thanks for your time

I want to know which coaches to HATE on for not voting for Bosh.. and who to applaude for trying to vote for Jose.. and to see how close it was for the snubbed players, like Baron Davis.

I didn't know I could do that. Well it seems some other people wouldn't mind seeing it also.

both bosh and nash were announced first. perhaps thats the assumption then?
to people who are saying the names were announced alphabetically: boozer's name was called much later.

I got the feeling that they were introducing the all-stars in order of the votes they rec'd last night.
I could be wrong, but it certainly did seem that way.

I was wondering whether the votes would be released. I wonder how many coaches voted for Jose.

it's definitely an interesting topic, actually. My anti-board clutter reflexes tingled a tad too early
let me be the first to call premature epostulation on that one

It's amazing how Joe Johnson's numbers were better last year than this year, and he didn't even make it last year but made it this year.

Well, I didn't see a list because I thought it was already pretty evident that the players 1-7 for each conference were listed in the order of how many votes they got. Unless of course they just felt like naming Bosh first. They've been doing that the last few seasons IIRC.
Bosh, Butler, Pierce, Billups, Hamilton, Johnson and Jamison.
Sound about right to me.

So Joe Johnson got more points in votes than Jamison? That's a bit surprising.
I wonder how many coaches wasted a vote on a true C...
It would be really awesome to see the totals, and to see who each coach voted for, but I'm pretty sure that info would never be released.
