Congrats to Montreal's Olivier Sedra who maybe all the Canuck basketball presence at Beijing. The info is on the info is on nba.com/cavaliers. Click on "News and Features" February 6.
http://www.nba.com/cavaliers/news/annou ... 80206.html. For some reason, like the Fan590, I could not find this info on
http://basketball.ca, the official website of Basketball Canada.
Do Shaun Marion and Marcus Banks get to play that 51.9 seconds against Atlanta? This is an important question since playoff and draft positions could be at stake.

Even without O'Neal, the replay will go on. Neither Marion nor Banks will be allowed to play. But they will be allowed to play in the regularly scheduled game, which will begin after the replay is completed.

Haha, I just read the thread and was confused as well.
I thought there was a hockey player named Olivier Sedra for the Vancouver Canucks... who made the Olympics in 51.9 seconds for basketball. Then I figured the poster just lost his train of thought and ended up asking about the Hawks-Heat replay
Also, try not putting periods or commas after links... they end up being a part of the link so they dont work if you just click on em.
Anyways... good for Sedra.
As for the Hawks-Heat replay... no word yet on how it will be handled. Stern apparently hasn't made a decision or said anything about whether or not the Shaq trade n such will have any effect.

Some people need to learn how to write more clearly. Damn, I didn't know what the hell was going on after reading that first post.

This is one of the funniest threads ever.
I had no clue what to expect when I opened it based on the title but it has been great. Thanks to all the contributors.
Long Live Jalen Rose. The man always seems to appear where he is not wanted. That is why I love him!

not only was the topic of this thread poorly explained, the OP had to add a question about Shawn Marion to the end of his post.

OK Here is my translation. Olivia Sedera is the Cavs PA announcer. He was selected to work at the Olympics. He is Canadian. Basketball Canada made no announcement on this and the OP is unhappy.
Do I get a cookie?
Or will someone chide me for having too much time on my hands?
