Useless feature.

HA! wrote:It seems like every scrub(s) for scrub(s) trade that I do on the checker, we end up increasing our winning % by the same 13.41%.

For example, Joey Graham for Gerald Green.. increase of 13.41%
Jason Kapono for Marquis Daniels.. increase of 13.41%
Jason Kapono for Marko Jaric.. increase of 13.41%
Juan Dixon and Maceo Baston for Jamaal Magloire.. increase of 13.41%

That's from the General Board discussion.

I made a Raptors-Memphis (Mike Miller) deal and Memphis's record was predicted to be like 20-130, meaning memphis would have to play 150 games.

this thing is garbage.

Apparently, Delfino, Calderon and Martin for Pryzbilla is dead even. It's safe to say that ESPN's Trade Machine might be the most awful jumble of code ever written.

An even better example:

Adding Moon to the above trade decreases our wins by 3.66%.
Add Martin instead of Moon, and it reverts to being even.
But add Moon and Martin, and take back Sergio Rodriguez? -7.32%.

So, either Sergio Rodriguez is the ultimate team-killer, or there is something horribly wrong with their formula.

That's all gravy, except for the fact that BC will laugh at Portland's offer. The Ewok's services (leadership and chucking) are far too valuable. Throw in Aldridge and it's a deal. Get er done Pritchard.

that's got to be the stupidest addition.

can you imagine the trade board now?

"euh... trade machines says that with this trade, your team will have an 70-12 season so you should make it" and it's scrubs for an all-star.

****, no wonder people are yelling for trades all the time. Virtually any move we make turns us into a historically great team.
