Any info on what the whole deal was? Did he bump into another player? I hope it doesn't have anything to do with that stinger he had earlier in the season.

It wasn't anything specific that we could tell. They just announced it before Dixon came into the game.

I'm guessing it's nothing, they probably just kept him out as a precaution.

He had the wrist band before the game even started. Maybe this happened during pactice. And he was trying to give it a go.

hope it's not too serious ... the 2nd unit was just getting it going, with his return ...
