Ford with abdominal strain
After WWE Raw today, the Score had a quick recap on Kapono and Moon at the ACC after coming back from the ASW. Recap was:
- Kapono wants to put his trophy in his bathroom, cracked jokes
- Moon disappointed he didnt get to meet Pippen, said the ASW was memorable for him.
- Sam Mitchell says that when he brought Kapono in, he didnt know that he could shoot 3's and never knew he won the 3pt Contest last year (I really hope he was kidding here)
- Score guy then mentions that Ford even though he recovered from the wrist injury, he left practice today with an abdominal strain
News just gets worse, Im sure they will mention that in the paper tomorrow, Good Night guys.

Im guessing hes bout at least a week or two.... Garnett has missed 11 games due to his abdominal strain.
"It's like saying, 'Magic, should your wife give you another chance?'" Artest said "He's saying Ron Artest should have no more second chances. What's worse -- me saying I want to be traded or you cheating on your wife?"

Doesn't sound like it's anything too bad... maybe not even note-worthy.
But then again, with TJ's frail body, seems like the smallest injury could keep him out a game or two. Poor dude. For his sake, he should really think about retiring. It seems like every week there's an injury that's buggin him, whether miniscule or grand-scale.
... but not to blow anything out of proportion, I'm sure he'll only be out a game or two this time around.

An abdominal strain could be realy painful and ugly. Same happened to Garnett. He didn't feel overwhemlming effects in the game he got injured and he came back to play in it. But afterwards it got uglier and kept him out for 11 games and counting. If TJ's strain gets uglier by tomorrow, expect him to be out for a week or two atleast. He should have really taken the season off, seems like his body hasn't been able to get used to the hard work he has been putting in practice. Lets hope its not very serious as we can't afford to play Jose extended minutes only to see him go down too.

it's becoming more and more evident that tj ford is not the future point guard of this team...
not because he can't be...but because of his health...
his body is really slim..weak for NBA standards...doesn't have a big frame...and i haven't started talking about his injuries yet..
I'd trade him for a 1st round pick the first chance i get...
of course he's gotta show he can still play

Yep, Kidd is a tank compared to TJ -- and he's still going at it.
