Is Garbo untouchable

Post#1 » by 6th man » Wed Feb 20, 2008 10:50 pm

with the looming free agency of Jose can BC afford to trade Garbo which i'm sure its' a pretty tough thing to do anyways since he's injuried and all so i beg the question is Garbo untouchable until jose signs ???
Before insulting someone you should walk a mile in their shoes. So when you do insult them you are a mile away and you have their shoes.

Garbo's only value is that his contract expires next year. He has no on-court value left, which sucks because he's a good player and this injury might end up killing his NBA career.

I would hope that Garbo does not have any impact on negotiations with Jose. After all, Jose came to the Raptors a season before Garbo did.

Before you even touch Garbo you'd be entangled in his forest of hair.

I love Garbo, but there simply isn;t much room for him after his injury. He can still be a GREAT role player, but with Hump, Rasho, Moon, Delfino, and Kapono all fighting for the same minutes, he'll never again be a key part of our rotation. If there's a trade out there that he can be packaged in, you go for it. Calderon would understand.
