Race to the MVP: Week 2

Post#1 » by BOSHFAN » Fri Nov 7, 2008 7:53 pm

http://www.nba.com/2008/news/features/rob_peterson/11/07/mvp.week2/index.html

4. Chris Bosh
Last week: No. 5
Stats: PPG -- 26.0; RPG -- 10.8; APG -- 3.0; SPG -- 0.75; BPG -- 0.75; FG% -- .514; FT% -- .800
Comment: I could have had Bosh at No. 3, but for this week at least, I find Amare to be far more efficient at getting his points. Still, Bosh has become most dependable and consistent big man on offense in the East. If he's not an All-Star starter, something is wrong. All you crazy Raptors fans, you know what to do.

1: Kobe
2: Paul
3: Amare
4: Bosh
5: JJ

Hope Bosh can stay up here!!
SuigintouEV on Bosh:

I don't even know if he's a starter on a championship calibur team.

There's no way that Bosh will be an all star starter:

^ Why not?

its not like the chinese are voting kg into the game... cb is getting enough coverage this year in the usa to get him more votes than last year and i am guessing all of canada is behind him...

lets not forget to vote calderon in to the all star game too...

Amare, hasn't he only had one super game? Bosh should be number three.

2. Chris Paul, New Orleans Hornets

Comment: Paul is entering that rarefied air of point guards shooting 50 percent or better. Oscar Robertson did it three times, Steve Nash has done it the last five seasons, Magic Johnson hit 50 percent of his shots or better for nine of his first 10 seasons and Isiah Thomas never did it. Paul is now over 50 percent from the field at .508. Amazing for a guy his size.

No mention of Calderon who's hitting .522 from 2 and .538 from 3 :-?

CB gets screwed with KG and Bron Bron in the East as Forwards. American's are too much on KG's nuts to vote CB in.

If Bosh keeps playing the way he has, he will be getting screwed if he's not starter.
