Orlando the refs will screw us over bc of Dwight.

Cavs LBJ will screw us over.

Boston the big 3 will screw us over.

Hawks their young core will screw us over.

Bottom line is we're screwed.

ORL or CAVS. We have a fighting chance.

1) Magic

We can easily beat them if we play hard D

2) Heat
Wade will torch us but nobody will help him

3) ATL

Just slow them down and play halfcourt ball

Orlando decimated ATL last night. When they're on track, theyre a tougher out than the Hawks.

Atlanta. They're young, they're inexperienced when it comes to the playoffs as a unit, and as a result they're more prone to mistakes that we can take advantage of. Yes they're fast, but let's wait and see how that quickness does against our more confident defence that did pretty well against philly (once we woke up, of course), another fast and athletic team.

Lebron factor is a definite turn-off, but I'd still say Cleveland. I sh*t my pants heavily at the thought of Atlanta. Orlando or Boston would result in a quick, uneventful dismissal from the bracket, as would Cleveland, but the exposure we'd get from a series with Lebron would be massive.

There is no such thing as a good draw against any of these teams. We'd be easy work. Even still though, let's not get ahead of ourselves here. There is still plenty of basketball to be played. Chances of us falling out of the playoffs completely are equal to that of winning a series, or even a few games- against any of these teams.

Don't get me wrong, I think this team is only gonna get better from here on out. Having said that, it really comes down to picking your poison when discussing possible match-ups with any of those 4 teams.

Boston wouldnt be that bad. Keep in mind they like to take their time in the playoffs. Last 2 years have been 7 game series in the first round for Boston. So we'd just have to hope they underrate us & somehow we get a game 7 going, and then we get super lucky & make every shot!

Other than that it's tough, I'll take on the floridians (heat/magic) or Atlanta if we had home court

They aren't inexperienced when it comes to the playoffs. They went to seven games against Boston in 2008, then they beat Miami and made it to the second round against Cleveland. That's some experience, and more than Toronto in the last two seasons.

I think this thread is about picking your poison. Who do you want to lose to in the first round?

Can't believe you idiots are saying Orlando. Aside from a rough patch of games, they are dominant and they create huge matchup problems for Toronto badly. Maaann.
