Question - Raps Win % on Sunday Day Games

Does anyone know what the Raptors win % on these Sunday games? From a bookie's perspective, do the Raptors have an advantage on the Sunday lunch games?

I feel like we win more of these games than we lose, but I have no numbers to back this up.

We`re .500 (4-4) on Sundays. We started the season 0-4 but we have won the last 4 Sunday games.

Generally those games play to our advantage as an early start at home usually benefits the home team as oppsoed to the away team who may have travelled in that night. Also, if we play western conference teams they may be jet lagged and 1pm starts are like 10am starts for them so its much harder.

In addition, we seem to be the only team who consistently has these scheduled 1pm Sunday games.. thus we should be used to these games. It is also good to prepare for the playoffs, since playoff games can be scheduled for afternoon times (on weekends) as well

im pretty sure we got beat my pheonix on a sunday afternoon game, but i think we have some sort of an advantage

I'm not saying we win every game...just that there are slight advantages.

I posted this in Sunday's game day thread but it's good to reference it here as well that the Raptors have historically almost always performed much better on Sunday's compared to the other days of the week. Here are the comparisons for the past 6 years:

Historically speaking, Sunday games have been an advantage for Raptor teams. Only once, 2007-08, did we have a lower winning percentage on Sunday's relative to the overall regular season record. Historically, we also tend to play higher profile teams with good records on Sundays so these stats show that the Raps usually step up their game somewhat compared to the rest of the days in the week.

2003-04: Record 10-10 .500 Regular Season .402%
2004-05: Record 11-7 0.611 Regular Season .402%
2005-06: Record 6-8 .4285% Regular Season .329%
2006-07: Record 8-5 .615 % Regular Season .573 %
2007-08: Record 6-9 .400 % Regular Season .500%
2008-09: Record 9-10 .474 % Regular Season .402%
