You need superstars to win championships. Keyonte George was a great pickup, but is he really "that guy"? Is Taylor Hendricks? Who can they draft at 10 that will be? Isiah Collier? Cody Williams?
I really wish the Jazz did a proper tank for Wemby. They might not have got him, but it would have been worth the risk and the fanbase was all prepared for a tank that season. You can win without top picks, but it is much harder.

It's Collin Sexton or Lauri Markkanen with no one else having any shot.
If Lauri can learn how to kill guards in the post, he becomes basically Dirk.
If Sexton can learn how to defend and improves more as a passer, he's instantly a star PG.
Are these things very likely so far into their career? Nope, but George's tools just aren't good enough to be a high tier star. Kessler isn't talented enough on offense. Hendricks isn't explosive or talented enough on offense.

Superstar? The Jazz don't have that guy right now.
Colin Sexton had a strong season last year and might be comparable to Kemba Walker at the same age.
Keyonte will probably turn out somewhere between Spencer Dinwiddie and Jamal Murray.
Hendricks is basically Dorian Finney-Smith with more rim protection and rebounds. A nice player, but not a star per se.
Sensabaugh will likely be similar to Aaron Nesmith, though he has more potential to score in isolation.
The Jazz could get a potential superstar in Ace Bailey in the '25 draft. Cooper Flagg, Dylan Harper and Nolan Traore are potential All Stars. That's why I think the Jazz will ultimately tank this next season.

We have some allstar level talent (mainly Markkanen) but no superstar.

The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

No one. But, I think we are seeing more parity in the NBA right now and a well-constructed team can do the 03-04 Pistons plan. I don't think that is what we should do or that we are even close, but as the young guys develop if there is no transcendent talent I think there is still a chance to construct a team that fits together really, really well. Right now we are all combo guards and stretch 4s + Bryce Sensabaugh and Walker Kessler (not counting end-of-rotation guys).

Brice Sensabaugh has some potential to develop like a Joe Johnson or Paul Pierce-type big wing. He could be a star, though not a superstar.

Re: So which player on the Jazz has the best chance to be a superstar?
A few years ago, Zion was slotted as the next big superstar. So hype doesn't necessarily turn true. I am guessing Kessler as our best shot out of our new guys to be in the league the longest but his sophomore slump was bad. To hit superstar level, I'm not sure if we have that guy.
