Game 2: Golden State Warriors (1-0) @ Utah Jazz (0-1)

Juzang and Collier are still listed as OUT for their injuries. Looking forward to seeing if Kessler continues to perform well. On paper he should put up good stats with his size advantage. And also hoping that Markkanen shows the Warriors what they missed on.

I'm not sure what to expect. I think players don't want to tank, so they will try their best. Our second half was much better than our 1st last game... in the other hand GSW aniquilated Blazers.
I do not why, but I think we are going to win this one.

Yeah, we’re not very good… that’s some ugly basketball.

One thing about this team is that it feels like interest in the franchise is just completely dead right now.

Only one post in the entire game there while the game was happening.

Yeah, rebuilding does that. Luckily I’ve seen this pattern before and it just takes the right momentum (and often player) to get it going again.

The whole core 4 days were rough, but we hit on a few good players and it led to one of my favorite ages of Jazz basketball. It’s painful but it passes.

I’d give the game ball to Hendricks, he even tried taking someone off the dribble! But seriously his defense was good and everyone was horrible. Maybe we should get the game ball for watching that crap. Also… why is our offense so bad when we’re playing vets? I get it struggle with the young guys but Lauri, JC, Collins and Sexron should be able to at least generate something together.

This is one of those games that build confidence. It reinforced the confidence in the tank.

Standouts: none. Can't think of one player who was good.

I wish that Hardy played Flip more. Didn't see the need to start the 4th quarter with the starters when the Jazz were down 30. Seemed like a good opportunity to give him some minutes.

So far, it looks like the Jazz are very susceptible to ball pressure, and that they have a 3pt shooting problem as they either don't shoot a lot or they don't hit a lot when they do shoot. Maybe Juzang will help with that when he's back in action.

As for interest in the franchise, it always happens that in down years interest goes down. Personally, I still watch the games but it is simply much more convenient for me to watch a replay of the game later on than watching it live so that's why I'm not commenting in game threads in real time.

I don't see any point of light right now. A lot of turn overs.
Collins can't be a back Up center. He is horrible.
I knew I threw my money on league pass... But this is even worse than I thought.
