Can you believe that Brewer played the most minutes, with a mere 26! Other than Harpring and Almond, everyone else had around 22-24 minutes.

Sorry to have missed the game...love reading this boxscore, though. TWENTY-SEVEN rebounds off the bench? The Pacers have some pretty good guys on the boards, too.

A LOT of turnovers by the Pacers (6 for Tinsley, only 5 assists...perhaps he wasn't as ready to go as they had hoped).

Maybe the increased bench minutes were a follow-up to Sloan's targeting "certain starters" for lack of defence?

Okur plays 24 minutes and led the starters in rebounding with 7.

Good win, the Jazz need to have some easy games like this in order to stay well rested for the season. This should help for the next few games against the Suns and the Magic who are a very good road team.

I'm a Morris Almond (the dude's on my avatar) and NBA fan. I follow a lot of my favorite college/high school players, guys who I have labeled as future stars/key players. I want to witness their developement and I'm glad I could witness Almond's first basket of his career.

Come on, we all know we can only have one kind of Memo, a decent defender/rebounder, or a 7 foot shooting guard.

I want the 7 foot shooting guard back. As a decent defender, he's not much of a decent defender. :D
