Golden State releases Hudson....

Post#1 » by Jazzercise » Tue Jan 29, 2008 11:48 pm

What do you guys think about entertaining brining Troy Hudson on as a possible backup pg? He can definitely shoot better than Hart, but am not sure of his defensive capabilities. I think he could be a viable option, I know from watching him from the past he would be a better distributor than Hart, hell anyone is better than him at that! DISCUS!

He isn't better than Hart.

Hudson is one of the few players in the NBA who would be a worse backup than Hart along with Kevin Ollie and Smush Parker.

Hudson had hip surgery, he's done for the year.

Other than the hip surgery issue I STRONGLY disagree that Hudson is worse than Hart

Other than he is a chucker, an ego maniac and poor ball handler for a PG he is great....

Hudson is terrible even when he's not injured, let alone his style of play fitting in with our system. I doubt any team would take him.

Or I have a better Idea, why don't the Jazz GIVE RONNIE PRICE a real chance.

in 10 minutes VS. Houston: 6 PTS 3 AST 2 ST 0 TO on 3-5 shooting.

in 6 minutes VS. San Antonio: 5 PTS 1 REB O AST on 50% shooting from the floor and beyond the arc.

15 min. vs. New orleans: 12 PTS 1 AST 2 ST 5-6 shooting (2-3 behind the arc)

I know there's been some hate on this board and it's unmerited. Price is not salvation but he's > Hart.

The key to Price is how has he followed each of the games you listed.
