Millsap can match the rebounds but not the offense and plus i think there defense is about the same. Millsap dosent have boozers jumper. Which is why him and dwill are so hard to cover on pick n rolls.

I definitely agree with you on the first point; Millsap can't come close to matching Boozer's offensive repertoire at this point. However, he is undeniably a better defender. He moves his feet quicker, he's more physical, he's more agressive, he's a better man to man defender and (by far) a better shot blocker.

Are you guys kidding me? So Boozer has been a giant POS the last few weeks... trade him? How many better PFs are there? OK Duncan, but who else? Amare is not getting traded, and he's not a whole lot better, except on defense, and the Suns are obviously not going to trade him.

If you double Millsap's mpg, and you assume he can double his production, these are his numbers:

41.0mpg 16.4ppg 11.4rpg 1.8apg 1.8spg 1.6bpg 2.1topg

Ofcourse Millsap plays more often vs the bench than does Boozer, and obviously Boozer doesn't play 41mpg, he plays 35mpg. Also the longer stretches you play, it effects your game, whether your numbers go down cause you'll have less energy, or if you numbers go up cause you can build rhythm, Either way, Millsap wouldn't be a terrible option even if he gave us 80% of those numbers, but unless you get an all-star C or PF in return, the trade is completely pointless, and I predict that Boozer will keep getting better, not decline.

For the record, while Boozer generally hasn't played as well lately as he was earlier in the year, I'm not in favor of trading him; you don't trade all-star power forwards who fit your system perfectly and have great chemistry with your franchise point guard lightly. I just wanted to point out that Millsap is a better defender. Oh, and Amare blocks shots, but he's not much (if at all) better than Boozer on defense.

I know I hope your all right, I just get so pissed when I see boozer so soft and un-committed to the defensive side of the ball. And he is even soft at times on the offensive side of the ball. He reminds me of Juwan Howard sometimes.

oh and we could trade AK, I wouldn't mind that...he's too streaky, and our SG can't shoot a jumper to save his life. those are the bigger problems.

I don't think it has anything to do about trade... it has to do about leadership and maturing...

I have to agree with Duiz. I don't think the problems are about the skills of any individual player (though I am more than convinced that Memo is a huge pulsating pusswad on the defensive end). It's more about a lack of heart and effort, a distinct lack of leadership on the court and maybe even a shortcoming in terms of preparation on the part of the coaching staff.

When the Jazz play with heart and effort they are very, very good. They just don't seem to be able to bring it every night for 48 minutes.

Thats right, I think CP3 himself said after the game that Pargo was the one to carry NOH at the end of the game.
What will happen' with the house Billy?

Jannero should now be the no 1 Jazz killer... David West has lost his title.

The Jazz had a chance to sign Pargo a couple of years ago but opted to sign Milt Palacio instead.
