Paul Grant
I know most of us remember the big stiff.
Well, he was at the game, sitting a few rows behind the Jazz. I haven't been following the media much as of late (been out of town) and wanted to know if there has been any talk about him coming to us or anything like that.

You act like I said "Super Star Paul Grant", I said he was a stiff.
A few years ago nobody wanted mikki Moore either because he hadn't been in the league and that worked out great. I'm not saying that Paul is half the player mikki is but saying that he might come on is not that outrageous of a statement.
IF they were thinking about it its only because he is big, and can play an emergeny minute or two here and there in case we need the fouls. Jazz have always liked to bring 10 day type guys back, they have done it a few times before. Also, he looked to be in great shape from what I could see, a lot more built them what I remembered him as.

It wouldnt be the first time the jazz brought in a center around this time to be on the playoff roster. Fess isnt going to be and only having memo and Collins is going to be a lil weak
?? Please tell me you are joking and this is all sarcasm.
PAUL GRANT?!?!
Dude's been out of the league 4 years and was nothing to brag about when he was in the league. You of all people should know the Jazz aren't going to sign Paul Grant. The backlash from the fans, the fact he hasn't been playing, and the Jazz don't ever add guys to the roster this late in the season. If they were going to add a big man and it was so much of a concern to them, they would have done it by now.
Memo has the capability of stepping up his defense in the playoffs on big guys. He certainly worked his @$$ off last year against Yao and did well at times. Definitely not awful. And if Boozer in the playoffs played with the intensity he showed against Dirk, and if Collins can get some flopping calls, I think the Jazz will be alright. I don't think it's going to come down to that as being a key component to W's and L's in the playoffs though. It will be our turnovers, bench play, and rebounding. It's been our formula for success against the premiere teams over the past couple years despite our deficiencies in the "stopper" category.
