Something just occurred to me, whats to stop the rockets from tanking? You would think they would like their chances better against the Jazz then the Suns. If that happened I dont see how we could possibly miss the WCF with the Lakers, Spurs, Suns all in the 1st bracket. Maybe im just thinking too much, i should get some sleep.

I would love to see the Rockets tank it so we could get them in the first round, but right now I really dont care who our opponet is. As long as we get HCA, there is no one who will stop us in the first round! Im that confident in this team!

I would also love to see the Jazz win and the Rockets lose. That would be hilarious.

But then again I'm not to afraid of the Spurs. In the West, you have to play good teams period, at least it's not the Lakers.

Got this from the rockets board... by the way, I hate that place...

3. If Utah wins and Phoenix loses:
3-Utah
4-San Antonio
5-Houston

4. If San Antonio and Phoenix wins and Houston loses:
3-San Antonio
4-Utah
5-Phoenix (homecourt)
6-Houston

5. If San Antonio wins and Houston and Phoenix lose:

The Hornets are going to get bounced in the first round unless they magically steal this game against the Mavs.

All the Mavs have been doing is double teaming Paul high before he gets to half court and he is taken out of the possession.

They did it on 4 straight possessions, on the first one Paul threw it to West who broke the pressure and got an easy bucket, but the next time down the ball was stolen from him, the next possession turned into a long jump shot early in the clock and then a charge on Paul after he got frustrated.

That is all he is going to see all playoffs long, and the Hornets have some work to do in order to fix it.

I agree....NO is going to have a tough time getting out of the first round, if they keep this up. They seem to be running out of gas...I dont know if they are going to be able to handle the play and pressure of the playoffs. I hope they can get out of the first round because I want Deron to tear em up in the 2nd round!

Well, the regular season is done, now it's time to see what this team is really made of. Let's hope it isn't the stuff we saw tonight against the Spurtz. The saddest thing for me? If the Jazz had finished with the same road record as the mighty GS Warriors, they win the West outright. Instead they're looking at having to win on the road in every series they play in barring an upset by Denver or Dallas. That doesn't exactly fill me with optimism.
