Kobe: "Cadillac" Williams is a "Bad Boy"

Post#1 » by Racer X » Sun May 4, 2008 4:49 am

Kobe giving our man some props:

"Bad Boy," Bryant said of Williams. "I love his game. He's a little Cadillac, that's what I call him. He's a phenomenal, phenomenal player."

Kobe's a bitch.

JK, that is actually probably the best name for D-Will, I likes it.

He's big, and he's smooth.

Williams > Paul. I don't care what anyone says.

i really dig how kobe digs dwill, i remember ealier in the season he said that Deron deserved his All star spot in the game because of his injury. they would be good teammates in the summer olympics (which i really dont expect Williams to make)

The thing is Carnell Williams for the Tampa Bay Bucs is called Cadillac Williams. I still kind of like that for Deron.

Cadillac Williams is pretty good... it's a good description of Deron's game. Not overly fast or agile, but classfully smooth and strong.

Of course NJN doesn't like it.

Did you just call me a ballboy for not reading that post, when it's obvious you didn't read my post which was all of three incomplete sentences long?

Thanks "the only reason I follow the NBA is because 'Kobe skores teh tons'" guy.

Yeah, you would think an MVP could hand out a better nickname then that. The league already had a cadillac, not that he was a bad player, but to associate Dwill with him is an insult.

I love Kobe and I think when all is said and done, he will be G.O.A.T. or very close to 2nd, I just think Jordan messed up his legacy by retiring twice and having to carry a bad washington team. who knows what his legacy would be like if his dad didn't die and he goes fiddling around in baseball, or the two

That said, he's terrible at picking nicknames "Black Mamba?" guess he was a tarrantino fan and loves watching Kill Bill, I think he should have went w/ the one bestowed upon him when he went to Ruckers, which was Lord of the Rings.

But yea, Deron is more of a scorer than CP is, it's pick and choose between the two. My preference is CP only because I'd rather have an Assists guy. Who knows, if Deron didn't have to put up points, he could drop more dimes.

Yes I am, I also saw how bad of a player Chandler was in Chicago and how much better he is in NO playing w/ CP. I think if CP were in Utah, he'd prolly give Boozer, Okur and AK better feeds, BUT he wouldn't be the scorer that Deron is.

Deron to me is almost in the mode of a Wade where he's muscular enough to take punishment in the paint. CP can't do that. I know Deron can get assists but night in night out CP gets it done in the assists category. It depends on the system. Utah has always been a physical team going back to stockton and malone, Deron is a perfect fit.
