OT-Karl Malone Article
Heres a new article about the Karl Malone scandal for those who are still in the dark. Hell of a basketball player but he's no role model despite what he has done for the community.

Nothing new. Malone did some stupid things back in college. He reportedly got this girl pregnant in 1982 as a sophomore. Then the only public interaction we hear about with this girl and her family is a lawsuit for $$$ 4 years later when he makes the NBA. He had to reach a settlement to make it go away. According to another account that was posted, when the kid and Malone were put in contact Malone told him that he is grown and wasn't getting any of his money. No I don't think he is a model father. But at the same time I get that he had a bitter experience where this issue has dogged him and always been about money. So he wants to keep it out of his life.
If he is okay with it and the kid is obviously okay with it, why should everyone else sit around and gossip about what a bad guy he is. Especially in light of the things he has done positively in his life in regards to the Karl Malone foundation for kids and all the other charity work he has done (TONS relative to any other sports figure in Utah).
Again, not saying he is a model guy but if you want to find people and pick the lows in their life and analyze how they dealt with it and pass judgement on him or anyone who is a fan of his then that is your business.
