At least learn to spell his name right before you rip into him, Mr. "Jazz fan". MiLLsap represents everything that is right with the Jazz right now. There is NO need to bash on him right now. It's not like he has gotten his chance and sucked. If that happens, then by all means...
Oh, and I know that length was huge in the Laker series, but Sap did much better dealing with it than Boozer did. I don't think it's as big of an issue with him as with Booz.

Paul's offensive game is not nearly as polished or reliable as Boozer's, obviously, and he lacks a consistent jumper right now, especially from the angles where he takes most of them, but he has an incredible ability to finish around the basket. It's a lot like Brewer's, actually. They both have an innate sense of where they are and how they need to angle the ball off the glass to score.
His challenge as a starter would be to sustain his energy throughout an entire game 82 times + in a season and to adjust to the intensified focus put on him by opposing defenses. He seems to have the work ethic to do it, but his skills haven't caught up with his effort quite yet.

Haslem is a legit starting PF in the league, he isn't great, but he gives you 12/9, doesn't make a lot of mistakes plays good defense, and he's 6'8, 235.
Millsap is 6'8, 268, is a better defender, a better rebounder and a better offensive player.
I don't see why he wouldn't be able to do to more then hold is own in the league, he'd be just fine starting.
I'd like to see him start to get more opportunity sooner then later because I don't want him to get settled into being the high energy bench guy.
That's who I compared him to when we drafted him
