Trading Boozer for a solid wing player and bringing AK of the bench at the 3 and 4.
Boozer for Rjeff + 1st NJN 2008 pick or
Boozer for Hamilton+Maxiell
Scenario 1:
Dwill/Price
Brewer/KK
Rjeff/AK
Sap/AK/Love or Jordan
Okur/Fes/Love or Jordan
Scenario 2:
Dwill/Price
Rip/KK
Brewer/AK
Sap/AK/Maxiell
Okur/Maxiell/Fes
What about...

As long as AK is here he'll be a starter... you just cant logically justify bringing someone off the bench that's making $13.4 million per.
The trades are doable i think, but I doubt Detroit would part with Rip and Maxiell. RJeff and a 1st for Boozer would make this a very dynamic team as well.

You can play starter minutes coming off of the bench. Ginobili is always brought up for good reason.
With minutes:
Dwill 38/Price 10
Brewer 28/Korver 20
Rjeff 36/AK 12
Sap 28/AK 20
Okur 34/Fes or whomever 14
AK is getting just as many minutes a game and playing the Ginobili role for our team. I don't see why that's not logically justifiable.
As fas as Detroit goes, I think they would go for it because Stuckey looks like a stud ready to start next year, and they definitely need some reliable front court scoring with Sheed declining.

^ I'd think about doing that as well, though Id be worried about not having a presence on the offensive block. Williams would be a perfect backup for us though, an athletic big that can block a shot once in a while. He would be our Ronny Turiaf.

Jazz our close to the title, jazz tried to trade for seikly but he didnt report voiding the trade, might've actually won the jazz the championship that year had he came, but I guess he didnt care about a title.

I posted this idea last week and people on here didn't seem very happy about it. I'm pretty mixed on the idea which means it is probably a pretty fair trade. My only issue with the idea is that I don't think it helps at all in terms of salary cap issues (which is why everyone keeps talking about trading AK). What's the solution to that? I do like the idea of then packaging the 2 first round picks we would have to move up in the draft and target a big.

any chance of adding in a re signed Diop in to this mix? I don't like Rjeff's contract, but I don't hate the idea either. Williams is a good talent who is aggressive and will block more shots than "once in a while". If Diop is tossed in the Jazz would have to be nuts not to do this deal. And Harris and Vinsanity with Booze...? That is not a bad core for NJ either.

LOL, you think Seikley would have been the difference maker to win jazz a championship? Are you out of your mind. If jazz make a trade this offseason, it's going to have to bring in a name more substantial than ronny **** seikley
