Which leads me to believe that most of you have no idea how to better the Jazz. Otherwise you would comment on that. Just a thought. For instance while you are all drooling over Corey Maggette like school girls over NSYNC, James Posey is on the market. So we could either go after a guy who is known for taking bad shots, doesn't get along with his coach, and shows no interest in playing "team" D. (Which also seem to be what most of your complaints directed at AK seem to be.) Or we could go for a guy who has been on 2 of the last 3 championship teams, understands the idea of a "team" concept, plays top tier D, and can hit the 3. Tough choice. Anyone want to comment on that? If not then contemplate this lil' doosie. My "nick" is QuantumMacGyver because the word "Quantum" is actually about very large (big) things such as how many small (not big) things create one giant (humongous) thing.... and because as anybody knows McGyver never uses pistol... because he uses a thing called a "brain" and also things like "creativity" and "problem solving skills"...
Now... you can do your own maths on your nick(I'd rather do my own "maths", apparently I have multiples of them, on my fingers) .... should be very insightful...If I could understand what you just said then yes, it may just have been insightful.... oh and by the way I have a very small mouse.

You've got balls kid. Not gonna lie. I wish you had a little more intelligence and tact. There are several people on here that I agree have a different vision for the jazz than what common sense should permit. However for you to come on here and generalize everyone in the same group is both ignorant and boring in my opinion. I do like your idea about Posey and would pay him the same he has gotten at Miami and Boston, no more than that. If you were a little smarter you would realize that the reason most jazz fans have a crush on Maggette is because he actually seemed to want to come here a few years ago. It's also important to note one reason Boozer had such a time against LA was their ability to leave Brewer all by himself for as long as they want. If you had Maggette, that doesn't happen. Does it solve all our problems? No, but it sure could have been a good thing for the right price. Not the best thing, but a good thing. However seeing as you seem to know exactly how to fix the Jazz, we need to inform them of the great new scouting talent we've discovered here at RealGM! Get real dude. I don't like to get in most of the discussions of trade talks and signings that are never going to happen because it's a waste of time. But I don't come in here and criticize every last jazz fan on this board, because a lot of us know what were talking about, as fans! Good luck to ya. And as others may have mentioned, its too bad you don't get the privilege to go one on one with King, because I would pay to see how badly he shreds you apart.

You can be proud of your brain... it's you're choice.... mine is to be proud about things McGyver doesn't use

I mean no offense to the people on here who have a rattle or two up in the old noggin. Go ahead and dream of trading our, as you refer to them, "trash" for perennial all-stars but let's try and have a fun and realistic conversation about what the Jazz could do to potentially improve the team. I did how ever intend to offend the idiots... which apparently is me 8-)

(begin new paragraph here)

For instance, the new rumors apparently out of Charlotte. That is a debatable trade whether its flawed or perfect. I never claimed to know better than the Jazz... just better than the Maggett-ites. Maggette would be a good addition if we didn't have to worry about money situations for the next few off-seasons. But the problem is when you sign a guy like Maggette, which is a luxury signing not a necessity signing, is when you NEED that money to sign someone you NEED not want. Like buying a CD changer for your car when you only have 3 tires. For instance if Maggette's contract was the difference maker between being able to keep Milsap or let him go ,who would you choose? Just an example. Or you could take that same money and use it toward getting a shot blocker down low... which is the one thing that is keeping the Jazz from the Western Conference Finals... well that and David Stern.

(paragraph 2)

So keep streakin' your shorts over how "stuck up" I am for asking that people try and hold a conversation that doesn't involve trading Boozer for Howard or AK for Rip Hamilton and Tayshaun Prince. Streak away! The shorts your staining are your own, not mine.

Wasn't Quantum Leap on the same era as MacGyver?

Too much weed makes one's McGuyver sub-atomic.
