My guess is there is something really messed up with him.
OKC new they were trading Wilcox and Smith for 2X their value, my guess is they saw something in Chandler that really turned them off so they called off the deal.

I still remember when the news showed Morris and Foster with a WTF?! look on their face after they had already gone to Orlando and then had to return back to Utah when Siekley didn't show up.
