well that's one roster spot then.. he can't go to the D-league next year at all so I guess collins is toast?

I like the move, I thought he did well against yao and a few of the heavy centers in the league we couldn't stop. Maybe this media leak of Fes's facebook junk is a shot across the bow from management basically saying "you got one more year, so no messing around" sort of message. Little suprised we didn't use him more against shaq and yao and company. I thought he did ok for a rookie..can't shoot at all that's a problem but he is big, and shows promise. Even in the playoffs I think against the lakers the announcer on TV wanted to see more of him. There's interest for sure around the league.. For the price they paid and invested for a 3rd center why not?

my .02 Good move.

As long as they let go of Collins it is a good move, otherwise it means less minutes for Koufos.

That is true.. wonder if in the future we might see both Koufus as foward and Fes and center playing side by side?

I also hope koufos gets more mins. as well. When we were short handed last season and he came in I thought he was doing a great job. I love coach sloan's style and offence but I think he limits the rookie koufos in being scared to shoot and pass the ball to boozer or deron which..doesn't help a natural shooter like him. He has an outside shot and with some weight for defence he could be really good...if we let him grow some confidence..

but anyway glad Fes is staying.

I'm glad the Jazz made the right thing; now I hope to see Fesenko playing, because he can for certain make our paint a little bit more respected...

And I hope Jerry give us a look at he and Koufos playing some along each other.

I just want to see Koufos more honestly.

Fes will get more of a chance this year. He can't go to the D-League.
