How many times has the Jazz organization come out and said that they excepted to be paying the luxury tax and not just for this season but for next season also? How many times have they (including Greg Miller himself) said that they were willing to pay the tax if it is in the best interest of the team.
What history, logic and fact are you basing your opinion off of exactly?
