I wouldn't have even been mad at Millsap if he did end up leaving. That's part of the game, it's how we got Memo, by offering a toxic contract.

I'll add one more thing. If the Jazz hadn't matched, Milsap would have been long gone and he'd have never looked back. If any of you think his loyalty extends to working for less money you're crazier than a bunch of Loons.

If Utah didn't match, he would have to go to Portland. So there is really no room for loyalty. Still I think that Millsap is happy to stay in Utah.

When all is said and done, I think the Jazz will be aware they probably made a mistake. They will not regret it (I won't either) but they will know. Not because of loyalty or anything like that (a man has to be loyal to himself and his family first if he wants to be loyal to anything else... and Millsap played the contract game as it's supposed to be played...). It will be because Paul (as much as I like him and as much as he certainly will contribute) just has not the tools to make his team take a step further.
Now... Millsap... I really hope you make me eat my crap big time... because as a fan I like him that much.
Boozer will start... barring trade.... or injury (not that unlikely, don't you think?)

No need to fuss. Booz will start, its interesting (albeit not surprising) to see how he responded. Just keep stirring the ****, moron.
