We really need a 7 footer who can stay on the floor and block shots. It's just ridiculous how bad we get **** every single game because our frontcourt is too small. We don't have anyone who can defend the paint after our wings get beaten off the dribble and any big with any skill abuses us.
BTW, for a team especialized in playing the pick'n'roll, we sure do a lousy job of defending it.

49 (!) FT's to 29. That is ridiculous.

Still though, 20 turnovers is ridiculously dumb especially on the road and especially against a team like Denver who feeds off of them. We trim those down we prolly win this game BUT at least we didn't fold like a cheap tent like we usually do in these types of games. I am cautiously optimistic about Wednesday.

and yet we still had a chance at the game so all in all not a bad game. i can swallow this loss somewhat because i know had we at least got some of the toss up calls we very well could've won this game. oh and bout time billups has a good game against utah it only took 19 free throws to do it. what a chucker he is now adays.

  Billups TS% of .608 is the 2nd highest of his entire career. Its also considerably higher than Deron has ever been in his entire career.

When you look at career averages, Billups is a slightly more efficient player than DWill, so yeah, seems odd to call him a chucker. J.R. Smith on the other hand... that guy is a chucker. He's the type of guy that can fuel a game-changing run for EITHER team.

The best thing about this loss for the Jazz is that Deron has to keep his beard going. He said he'd keep growing it until the Jazz won 5 in a row. Maybe if he gets his beard big enough he'll have the stones to face the reality of his receding hairline.

This is true, except that if he weren't getting so damn many calls, he would have had a lot more missed shots.

It's funny, I watched the game and came away with a much different vibe than most of you guys. I saw maybe a couple of bad calls but nothing crazy. In fact the Jazz only had six more fouls. The problem was they got in the penalty almost immediately every quarter. The big problem was lazy defense, reaching, no help, a lack of physicality, extreme sloppiness with the ball... In short, just typical Jazz on the road basketball. I really didn't think the Jazz deserved to be so close in the end.

Judging from your grammar and spelling, I would bet a large sum of money that you are an expert in the field...

It'd be a minor miracle if this guy could find his seat in the arena or barring that the right channel on the tv to watch the game.
