Sacramento FANS may not like it, but I have to think Sacramento's front office is looking long and hard at Martin's contract and wondering if perhaps that money might be better spent elsewhere. Any trade that clears Martin's contract off the books makes the Kings players in the FA sweepstakes this summer.

I don't think the Kings would laugh at this trade, but they wouldn't do it unless we threw in a 1st round pick or something. If they're trading Martin for expirings, you can bet they'll try to send one of Garcia, Udrih or Noc along with him. And the Jazz won't take any of those contracts and rightly so.

I'm pretty sure the Jazz shouldn't take on Martin's contract either.
